At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a **Enterprise Architect**with focus on** Data and Digital Transformation**to join our UniQue team in Luxembourg.

**What will you be doing in this role?**

- Define and manage the product catalogue.
- Develop business architecture models that embed robust data governance frameworks and support digital innovation, ensuring alignment with organisation strategies and compliance requirements.
- Integrate data governance policies and digital initiatives into project and programme strategies, maintaining coherence with overall business objectives, regulatory drivers, and management priorities.
- Assess systems for data governance discrepancies and policy non-compliance, while also evaluating the potential for digital advancements to enhance data integrity and security.
- Conduct research to uncover improvements in data governance processes, operational efficiency, and digital capabilities, supporting ongoing innovation in data-related operations.
- Provide guidance on business architecture and systems processing with a focus on the implementation and enforcement of data governance policies and the adoption of digital technologies.
- Work closely with stakeholders to implement the Data policies and digital innovation models.
- Translate stakeholder needs into clear service requirements and specifications.
- Integrate the strategic vision and ensure alignment with business strategies, drivers, and management priorities.

**Requirements**:
**What will you be bringing to the team?**

- **Master's Degree**and** 15 years of experience in IT.**
- **Hold** the following** certifications**:
-- **Project management professional**
- **Lean Management**
- **ISO 8000 Master Data Quality Manager**

- **15+ years** of experience in **Business analysis** and **intelligence**, and **Process management**.
- A minimum **15 years** of experience with **digital transformation**.
- At least **15 years** of experience in **Data governance framework**, **data quality**and **platforms.**
- **5+ years**of experience **managing teams**.
- Strong understanding of **ITIL Service Delivery**and** SLAs.**
- Experience working with **cross-functional teams**.
- Strong **analytical mindset**with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to give **business and technical presentations**.
- Excellent **leadership and conciliation skills**.
- Capability to write clear and structured **technical documents**.
- Proficiency in **English** language at a **C1** level.
- Proficiency in** French** language at a **B2** level.
