**Job Description**:
You will work on determining the best standards, frameworks and tools we need to use to document our current enterprise architecture, define the target enterprise architecture and the iteration paths to get from current to target.

As an **Enterprise** Architect** (and a member of our team of senior experts) you will work together with internal and external business and technology stakeholders to shape and ensure the vision of our target architecture, so that it serves the needs of our current and future ecosystem.

- create an Information Systems (IS) architecture vision.
- define the current and target business architecture we need to serve with our IS.
- detail out the current and target IS as well as the iteration steps we need to take.
- define the technology architecture and the technology roadmaps for the most critical elements of our IS.
- identify opportunities we have now and as we transform, as well as find solutions on architectural and technological level to arising problems.
- help us migrate through our IS transformation journey
- put in place governance and change management practices that keeps our journey safe and optimal.
- manage requirements throughout the transformation.
- identify best in class tools to define, document and maintain the details of our IS architecture.
- be a key player of our IS transformation journey taking leadership roles for all architectural issues.
- co-operate with external stakeholders, such as software vendors, developers, and technical consultants.
- design the interfaces of new services, specifying integration requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- You are a seasoned Enterprise Architect with at least 5 years experience with architectural design for medium to large organisations.
- You have references of transformation project both on a hands-on architect role as well as on a leadership role.
- You have a certification or educational reference on Enterprise Architect standards or framework (ISO/IEC/IEEE 42010, FEAF, TOGAF).
- You can demonstrate the ability to efficiently use tools for Enterprise Architect documentation (e.g. Bizz Design, Avolution, EA solution or similar).
- Experience with Microsoft and SAP services, including Azure, AD, Dynamics365, Sharepoint, SuccessFactors.
- Up-to-date knowledge of cost-effective technologies used for software integrations.
- Understanding the principles, the pros and cons of low-code / no-code platforms.
- Not afraid of writing scripts to mock, prototype, test, debug the communication between services.
- Familiar with documentation standards, such as UML, BPMN, sequence diagram, and passionate in paying attention to details to deliver accurate technical documentation.
- Willing to investigate, test and learn new integration methods and technologies.
- Familiar with RDBMs, SQL and database design.
- Experience in areas in relation with process automation is a plus:

- Microsoft Power Platform including Power Automate, PowerApps, Power BI, etc.
- RPA - Automation techniques using macros and/or workflow-based software, such as: UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere or other commercial robotic process automation tool.
- Strong written and verbal English communication.
