**Your mission**:
- Represent a Lux HoldCo investing in Real Estate or Real Estate Companies and on Board meetings
- Manage all administrative formalities with any local government authority
- Taking all decisions related to the assets and liabilities, negotiating and concluding contracts
- Supervise budgets, cash flow projections and manage liquidity
- Oversee delegation of the preparation of financial statements and ensure that internal controls and risk management processes are adhered to
- Monitoring compliance with tax filing obligations and liaising with Legal & Compliance to maintain awareness of upcoming changes of local legislation
- Administrate records of correspondence, agreements and other business documents
**Your profile**:
- University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or Banking is required
- 7 years+ proven expertise in the fields of Real Estate / Finance / Private Equity / AIF sector
- Private Residence in Luxembourg mandatory and no other director’s mandates mandatory
- Knowlegde of regulatory, legal and tax environment in Luxembourg
- Language skills: German and English, business fluent, mandatory, Polish desirable
