In order to support the development of HACA Partners Luxembourg, we are recruiting a Working Student
- Cleaning Agent. Your role As a Working Student - Cleaning Agent, you will support the daily upkeep and organisation of our office to ensure a clean, pleasant and professional working environment for our teams and visitors. The position is to be filled from 24 July to 17 August. The position consist of an 8 hour workday from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. Main responsibilities
- Support the cleaning and maintenance of office areas, meeting rooms, common spaces, kitchen areas and sanitary facilities.
- Help keep shared spaces clean, tidy and well organised throughout the day.
- Refill daily supplies such as coffee, water, paper towels, soap and other essentials when needed.
- Assist in preparing meeting rooms before and after internal or client meetings.
- Empty bins and support basic waste disposal tasks.
- Report any supply shortages or maintenance issues to the relevant contact person.
- Ensure a welcoming and orderly office environment.
- Follow hygiene, safety and confidentiality rules within the office.

Your profile

- You are currently a student and looking for a summer job with availability from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm.
- You are reliable, organised and proactive.
- You have a hands-on attitude and pay attention to detail.
- You are punctual and able to work independently.
- You are discreet and respectful of confidentiality in a professional environment.
- A first experience in cleaning, office support or hospitality is considered an asset, but is not mandatory.
