**Responsibilities**:
You will be part of the Operational Risk Team within the Risk Direction and partner with key stakeholders to:

- Ensure the respect of norms, or methodologies and procedures
- Collect, control & challenge operational incidents
- Reduce operational risk by improving quality of internal processes
- Collect, challenge & follow up of Risk assessment (Risk matrix / RCSA)

Participate to the implementation of the ORM Target Operating Model in Luxembourg:

- Participate to continuous improvement of Operational Risk standards & methodologies
- Contribute to the transversal & internal projects
- Participate to the implementation of an Operational risk Committee

Participate to the monitoring and reporting on ORM key processes:

- Realization of internal and external reporting
- Realization of activity monitoring or process reviews

Must Have Requirements
- Master Degree in a numerate (Engineering, Mathematics, Physics) or Audit, Finance related degree
- Minimum experience of 1 years in relevant areas (Audit/ banking industry)
- Good knowledge of the several businesses of a universal bank, products and processes (Corporate Banking and the Credit Process or on Global Markets)
- Interest and / or experience in the Operational Risk Management, IG/ Audit or Risk Management ppreciated
- Global knowledge of the norm context and regulatory requirements
- Dynamic, proactive and able to work with autonomy
- Analytical and synthetic
- English fluency and French is recommended (German appreciated)
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills and Team player
