- hold at least 2 years of experience in operational risk management or equivalent risk management functions (inc audit)
- have achieved academic degree or equivalent experience
- have knowledge of banking (product &/or segments) & non-financial and regulatory risks
- are familiar with project management skills
- are fluent in French and English and able to actively participate to business conversations

..Then you are our new Operational Risk Officer

Your function will be to:

- Support the operational risk management of the bank by providing daily support and challenge to all businesses and help them prevent and reduce operational risks
- Challenge the risk assessments (on strategic projects, products and processes) performed by 1st lines of Defense and provide advice, guidance and support
- Monitor and report on operational risks
- Perform Second Line Monitoring (SLM) on control-testing activities
- Support and challenge the business in the safe and compliant implementation of change initiatives and sourcing initiatives
- Continuously maintain and foster operational risk awareness within the organisation
- Be a valued partner while remaining fully independent
