Due Diligence Manager

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE**:

- Timely review of the ADAAFA Due Diligence Handbook
- Gather additional information from relevant internal parties (IT, HR, BCP, etc..) to facilitate input of due diligence responses in the tool
- Keep track of accesses granted and maintain the documents library in the Due Diligence tool
- Quality review of final Due Diligence Questionnaires completed by Operational teams
- Participate in due diligence on-site visit on behalf of ADAAFA where needed
- Collaborate with other colleagues to identify possible enhancements to the data base software and the due diligence process
- Escalate all risks/issues identified during the due diligence process
- Ability to communicate effectively to a diverse audience at multiple levels within the company
- Participate in others ad hoc project

**YOUR PROFILE**

What we’ll look for on your CV:

- You hold an academic degree, preferably in Accounting & Finance or Economics
- You have at least 5 years of experience in the fund industry in Luxembourg
- You are fluent in English (knowledge of French or any other language will be considered as an asset)
- You have knowledge of Luxembourg corporate law
- You have a good knowledge of financial markets, funds industry, internal control environment
- You are comfortable with MS Office suite, particularly with MS excel
