**79 Element** is a dynamic and growing company specializing in the **sale of investment-grade and historical numismatic items** made of **gold, silver, and platinum**. With **four branches in Poland**, we are a recognized player in the precious metals market, offering both retail and wholesale services. Our core activities include:

- Sale of gold, silver, and platinum coins (modern and historical)
- Purchase of **scrap precious metals**:

- **Purchase of withdrawn foreign currencies**

As part of our international expansion, we are exploring new opportunities for sourcing trade inventory. We see **strong potential in acquiring numismatic coins in Luxembourg and neighboring France**, and are opening a branch to pursue this strategy.

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a **Branch Manager** to establish and operate our new **Luxembourg office**, focused on the **purchase of gold and silver coins** from individuals, collectors, and small dealers. This role is ideal for someone with strong knowledge of numismatics, excellent customer service skills, and a proactive approach to business development.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up and manage the day-to-day operations of the new Luxembourg location.
- Authenticate, appraise, and purchase precious metal coins and bullion.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities to source valuable inventory in Luxembourg and France.
- Maintain compliance with **local and EU AML/KYC regulations**.
- Provide professional and discreet service to walk-in clients and scheduled appointments.
- Coordinate secure storage and logistics for acquired items.
- Maintain accurate transaction records and prepare reports for headquarters.
- Build local relationships with collectors, antique dealers, and intermediaries.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum **3 years of experience** in the **numismatics or precious metals** trade.
- Strong knowledge of gold, silver, and platinum coins, both modern and historical.
- Experience with high-value transactions and pricing based on bullion and collector value.
- Understanding of AML/KYC requirements in Luxembourg or willingness to learn.
- Fluent in **English**, with **French or German** being a significant advantage.
- Highly organized, discreet, and trustworthy.

**Employment Type**:

**Salary**:
€8,000 - €12,000/month, based on financial performance
