**Responsibilities**:
Private Equity is a class of assets highly appreciated by our partners and clients.
During the past years, WEALINS has developed a high level of expertise in Private Equity and the number of requests has increased rapidly.
This is why we are currently looking for a **Finance & Investments Analyst **to support our Private Equity desks in the Finance & Investments team.
The private equity desks are in charge of the analysis, acceptance, administration and monitoring of non-listed / complex assets.
- Analyze private assets (private equity / private debts / private equity funds) upon requests of partners, asset managers, sales, etc. in relation to new business or existing contracts;
- Prepare specific documents related to these investments (side letters, subscription forms);
- Ensure that the cases are aligned with WEALINS acceptance policy;
- Prepare and submit cases for the Investment committee’s meetings;
- Administrate and monitor private assets (ex: control and documentation of asset valuations, payment of capital calls);
- Assist in the preparation of KPIs and reports related to private assets;
- Continuously contribute to the improvement of team’s processes and tools by proposing ideas and potential improvements to procedures, controls, etc;
- Build and maintain a strong relationship with the sales team and the management through regular contacts and the ongoing monitoring of developments in the private equity sector;
Must Have Requirements
You have an academic degree in economics, applied economics or financial economics.
An experience in a similar role within a life insurance company or in the financial services industry, would be a plus;
Fluency in English and French is key; other languages would be an advantage;
Attention to detail, flexibility and the ability to work under pressure and deadlines;
You have strong analytical skills and an eye for detail
You are eager to learn, you are an enthusiastic team player and can work autonomously;
A hands-on attitude, service driven, solution finder, driven to achieve successful solutions while continuously displaying commercial awareness;
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
