We currently have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join the Internal Audit Team as an **Internal Audit Intern **reporting to the** Senior Internal Auditor - EMEA**.

The **Internal Audit Team** is responsible for providing independent assurance that FM Global’s risk management, governance and internal control processes are operating effectively.

As an **Internal Audit Intern** in our Luxembourg Office, you will support the **Manager Internal Audit - EMEA/APAC** in his reporting tasks as well as the Internal Audit team by performing audit procedures and documenting results on EMEA audit engagements.
- Assisting with fieldwork and reporting as assigned on EMEA internal audit engagements,
- Performing audit procedures outlined in audit program,
- Documenting test results,
- Keeping supervisor apprised of progress,
- Clearing review notes,
- Gathering audit evidence, synthesizing and analysing data using appropriate methodologies and tools,
- Helping with the preparation of reports and presentations to process owners,
- Other duties as assigned.
- Enrolled in (or holding) a Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or other related field required.
- Previous internship experience in Audit, Operational Risk, or Compliance would be an asset.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles, control procedures, audit techniques, computer systems, and general business operations.
- Willing to learn, curious, collaborative, and honest.
- Possessing sound analytical and judgment skills, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Strong communication skills and a team mindset.
- Good working knowledge of the Microsoft office suite (particularly Excel).
- Fluent in English.
