Dans ce cadre, nous recherchons un(e) Project Manager – Finance and Risk Regulatory Reporting Tool Implementation (FINREP) pour intervenir auprès d'un établissement bancaire majeur au Luxembourg.

Le/la consultant(e) intégrera les équipes Finance & Risques du client dans un contexte de transformation réglementaire, organisationnelle et technologique. Cette mission stratégique couvre la mise en œuvre d'outils de reporting réglementaire (dont FINREP), la coordination des parties prenantes et l'assurance de la conformité aux exigences prudentielles. Elle implique une interaction soutenue avec les équipes Finance, Risques, Conformité, IT et les organes de gouvernance.

Responsabilités

  • Piloter l'implémentation des outils de reporting réglementaire Finance & Risque, en particulier FINREP.
  • Définir et exécuter les plans projet : périmètre, objectifs, ressources, livrables, risques, planning.
  • Assurer la coordination des équipes transverses (Finance, Risques, Conformité, IT) et garantir l'alignement tout au long du projet.
  • Veiller au respect des exigences réglementaires (FINREP, CRR, Bâle III) et des standards internes.
  • Identifier les risques projet, proposer des stratégies de mitigation et suivre leur mise en œuvre.
  • Préparer et présenter les reportings d'avancement aux instances de gouvernance.
  • Organiser les formations et assurer la documentation des processus liés aux nouveaux outils.
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus de reporting et à l'optimisation des outils.

Profil recherché

  • Master en économie, finance, gestion ou équivalent.
  • 5 à 10 ans d'expérience dans le secteur bancaire en gestion de projet ou dans une fonction transversale liée aux réglementations (Finance, Risques, Conformité, Audit…).
  • Expérience confirmée dans des projets réglementaires (Bâle, BCBS239, AnaCredit…).
  • Connaissance approfondie du secteur bancaire et des cadres réglementaires (FINREP, CRR, Bâle III).
  • Maîtrise de la suite MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
  • Expérience avec des outils de reporting réglementaire (Moody's Analytics, Wolters Kluwer) et/ou des outils PPM (Clarity).
  • Certifications en gestion de projet (PMI, Prince2, MSP) ou en conduite du changement (PROSCI) appréciées.
