Our client is an independent infrastructure fund manager, with about € 10 billion of assets under management across several funds and several co-investment vehicles. The group employs a team of more than 100 professionals, based in nine offices located in Amsterdam, Frankfurt, London, Luxembourg, Madrid, Paris, Santiago, Sydney and Toronto.

**In your role your responsibilities are**:
Responsible for the accounting of around 10 - 15 international legal entities that are being part of various fund structures in place and in various jurisdictions.
Processing of new investments in the fund structure and making sure the correct documentation is
Processing of project income and distributions within fund structures. Amongst others preparing interim accounts to define dividend distribution.
Processing of exits/sales of projects in the fund structure and making sure the correct documentation is in place.
Prepare yearly financial statements for around 15- 20 legal entities and file or have them filed with chamber of commerce.
Liaising with tax advisors for the preparation and filing of annual corporate tax returns.
Contribute to the quarterly and annual closing of consolidated fund accounts.
Taking care of the external audits for individual legal entities (if required).

**With regards to loan administration tasks**:
Contribute together with a colleague to our shareholder loan administration, tasks in that respect are follow up with 3 rd parties for reconciliation of loan balances and accrued interest on a quarterly basis, updating and checking internal loans on a quarterly basis. Review and check of the internal and external loan documentation. Being central internal and external contact person for shareholder loans.

**For this position your qualifications are**:
Relevant degree in Finance / Accounting
A first experience in a trust or an investment company (RE/PE)
Fluency in English, any other language would be an asset (especially Dutch)
Diligent approach to work, thoroughness and attention to details
Excellent organization and time management skills
Flexibility
Team player with humor
