Ready to kick off your career in the digital world? As a Digital Office trainee, you’ll get hands-on experience supporting our Digital Office team on real projects that make an impact. From budget tracking and project monitoring to IT operations and governance, you’ll be part of the engine that keeps things running smoothly.

You’ll work closely with the Digital Office Leader and have a dedicated mentor to guide you. Expect a mix of operational tasks, data crunching, and process improvement — all in an environment where learning is key and collaboration is the norm.

**What you’ll do**

Depending on where your support is needed most, you might:
Budget management
- Help gather and track budget data (PR/POs, invoices, expenses).
- Keep spreadsheets up to date and flag any issues.
- Assist with workflow admin and suggest simple improvements.

Project portfolio monitoring
- Collect updates from Project Managers.
- Refresh project trackers with key milestones and ownership details.
- Keep records tidy and easy to find.

ITSM operations (Change Management, CMDB)
- Chase and update info in the CMDB (Configuration Management Database).
- Make sure documentation for changes is in order before CAB reviews.

Project governance
- Prepare governance docs and meeting materials (agendas, minutes).
- Track follow-up actions and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Help review data quality for project committee slides.

KPIs setup
- Collect info and propose ways to build meaningful KPIs.
- Contribute ideas on how reporting could look better.

Skill matrix setup
- Collect skills/roles from managers and update the matrix.
- Support basic analysis of skill gaps.

**What we’re looking for**

Skills & mindset
- Basic knowledge of ITSM tools (bonus if you know ITIL).
- Good with Excel and comfortable analysing numbers.
- Solid communication skills — you’re not afraid to reach out to people.
- Analytical thinking: you like to make sense of data and spot improvements.
- Team spirit: you enjoy working with others and building connections.
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn — you don’t need all the answers now.

Background
- Bachelor’s degree (or currently studying) in IT, Business, or a related field.
- Interest in digital operations, IT processes, and project management.
- **Mandatory 5months internship from Janaury 2026.**
