**We are seeking a Digital and Markets Support Trainee**

**What you will be working on**:
The Digital Collaboration Assistant/ Administrator assists the Client Program Manager to manage and maintain all Digital Collaboration Solutions across the firm. He/She can help internal users and provide guidance, support, and trainings for different kind of external tools. He/she focuses on the administration and maintenance of the client platforms and could also provide assistance to internal tools like One Intranet platform. Main goal is to provide digital administration support on all external platforms in order to have a smooth management and maintenance.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Perform Platform Technical Support (1st level) (40%)
- Assist internal users on the usage of the external tools. Provision of 1st level support to users which is like request approvals, creation guidance etc.
- Application of requested templates (customization on standardized templates of our platforms based on the request)
- Raising tickets to Global for basic platform issues
- Support Client Program manager based on the project

Digital Platforms maintenance (30%)
- Assist on maintenance and administration of client platforms.
- Updating leavers and documentation for internal purposes.
- GDPR Coordinator

Deployment Assistance (10%)
- Participate and support in the deployment of new external collaboration, communication, analytics and office automation tools.
- Promotion and training support.

Support on Internal Platforms (20%)
- Administrative assistance of Internal Collaboration Platforms and day to day tasks on updating sections of One Intranet in order to help One Intranet manager.
- Support on Digital Ninjas Community Management (post communications, tips and contact our Ninjas members for external tools related topics)

**What we look for**:

- You hold a Bachelor or Master's degree in Communication, IT or multimedia area or any related field
- Digital/tech savvy
- Customer Sales and Promotion Experience
- Good communication skills, eye for detail and quality
- Excellent level of English
- 1 year of experience of relevant work experience in a Technology field.
