- Externally, you will work with our communications agency to implement the marketing strategy._

We are looking for a **Marketing and Communications Manager** to manage and implement our marketing and communications strategy.

Your objective will be to help build awareness of Rockids and its services among families looking for quality childcare. You will play an active role in the company's commercial development.

**Your responsibilities**

Reporting to the Luxembourg General Management and working closely with the Group Marketing Department (France), you will be responsible for developing and implementing Rockids' global marketing and communications strategy.

**Strategic marketing**
- Responsible for developing and executing our marketing and communications strategy
- Guaranteeing the positioning of our brand and its concepts (Rockids and Rockids Academy)
- Monitor and manage the marketing and communications budget
- Identifying levers for differentiation, innovation and value creation.
- Setting up and monitoring performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of marketing actions (lead processing, conversion, ROI).
- Setting up a reporting system to measure the effectiveness of the actions developed and the precise monitoring of the actions undertaken;
- Carrying out market research and monitoring the competition (parents‘ expectations, existing offers, Rockids’ positioning).
- Manage and optimise customer relations using our CRM (Hubspot).

**Operational marketing**
- Designing high-impact creative campaigns to position the Group as a major player in the early years sector.
- Ensure that the visual identity of our various concepts is respected within our facilities (signage, fittings, signage, etc.)
- Create and deploy sales aids (flyers, point-of-sale advertising, sales literature, event organisation, etc.).
- Support facility managers in improving their sales performance through training and personalised support.

**Digital marketing**

Ensure the operational monitoring of our website

In collaboration with our communications agency, create visual content, SEA campaigns and optimise SEO actions.

Manage social networks and advertising campaigns on digital media.

Communication

Roll out all communications in line with the positioning of our concepts and consistently across all our media and structures.

Developing press relations to raise the company's profile.

Take charge of the organisation and overall running of external events (trade fairs, open days, etc.) in collaboration with our teams (educational, technical, etc.).

Implementing an internal communications policy (newsletter, seminars, internal events).

In collaboration with the HR team, promote our employer brand to attract and retain talent.

**Your profile**

**Higher education **in marketing, communication or equivalent (business or communication school).

**Experience**: At least 3 years as a Marketing and Communications Manager.
