Due to increasing demand for specialized services, we are seeking an experienced **Senior German-speaking Accountant** to join the team, specializing in **Securitization**. This position requires someone hands-on, proactive, and excited to continue learning and developing their expertise.

**Senior Accountant - Responsibilities**
- Handle securitization accounting tasks from A to Z, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions and financial statements.
- Manage and prepare financial reports for securitization vehicles, ensuring compliance with LuxGAAP and international accounting standards.
- Oversee the accounting of asset-backed securities, including the calculation of interest, principal payments, and reconciliations.
- Ensure the correct reporting and reconciliation of securitization structures (e.g., SPVs).
- Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual reports and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with the team to ensure the accuracy and completeness of accounting records and reports.
- Collaborate with auditors to support audit processes and address any queries.
- Assist with the implementation of new securitization structures and provide ongoing accounting support.
- Provide insights and recommendations related to accounting issues in securitization.

**Senior Accountant - Your Profile**:

- Between 3 to 10** years of experience in securitization** accounting (preferably within a service provider or management company).
- Fluency in **German** (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong experience with LuxGAAP and knowledge of IFRS.
- Hands-on experience with securitization transactions, including reporting, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
- Proactive and willing to take ownership of responsibilities with a strong desire to continue learning and developing professionally.
