**We are seeking a Manager/Senior Manager in Investor Fund Tax Reporting**

In an ever faster changing Tax environment, companies are facing complex and evolving Reporting and Tax Compliance obligations; we see the active management of tax issues and tax compliance requirements as a way for businesses to realize their full potential in an agile, efficient and progressive way. Our team assists clients to be up-to-date with every tax reporting requirements in Europe and more widely i.e. Asia and US.

**What you will be working on**
- Lead a strong and growing team
- Train and coach the team members
- Manage the team in terms of appropriate resource and skills level
- Participate to the change management activities and drive the integration into the team
- Be accountable and responsible of the production of Investor tax reporting
- Proactively partner with the network and the project team to identify and pursue new products and services
- Actively participate in the development of new features in our proprietary tools and implementation projects following internal control framework
- Create strong relationships with clients and coordinate clients queries
- Perform gap and impact assessments in order to help our clients understand the required changes in their business Tax models
- Contribute to the Tax watch for the benefit of our clients

**What we look for**
- Have a Bachelor or Master's degree in Accounting/Finance
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Investor Tax Reporting and/or Fund accounting and/or Audit of Investment Funds
- Have a very good command of MS Office (e.g. xlsx, ppt)
- Have been actively involved in business development activities and can identify opportunities on new/existing clients
- Have extensive knowledge of fund accounting standards and principles
- Have technology and digitalization attractiveness
- You act as a team player willing to share experience through excellent communication skills
- You maintain strong Client relationship
- Be fluent in English and any other language
