**We are seeking a Manager / Senior Manager in Debt Advisory (Corporate Finance)**
Based in Luxembourg, this role will be working within our Deal Advisory (Corporate Finance) team on a wide range of debt advisory services, along with advising our clients’ most senior executives and business owners to evaluate and execute debt transactions.
- You will manage all aspects of debt advisory projects, provide senior and junior team members the support needed to grow the business and report to our Partners to deliver successful projects, ensuring high quality deliverables and analysis, leading edge insights and adding value to our clients. This role will see you being a driving force in the execution and successful completion of a wide range of debt financings.
**What you will be working on**
- General business development, identifying new business opportunities and pitching to clients, including the preparation, risk approval and presentation of proposals
- Develop marketing and transaction materials, e.g. investment/credit memoranda, lender presentations, term sheets
- Analyse complex financial and non-financial information, including navigating corporate financial and cash flow models
- Providing strategic guidance to clients on debt financing options
- Provide expert advice on capital structuring, refinancing, and debt restructuring to optimise clients' financial positions
- Network, build and maintain relationships with clients and with our international network
**What we look for**
- You have at least 5 years of experience in Debt Advisory at a Big Four
- You have executed significant financing/debt transactions
- Investment banking experience is a plus
- You have strong commercial acumen as well as financial analysis, valuation and modelling skills
- You have experience in identifying and pursuing transaction opportunities
- You hold a Bachelor's degree and either a professional certification (such as a CFA) or a Master’s degree in Finance, Business or a related discipline
- You have strong interpersonal skills and comfortable communicating with all levels
- You have strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to mentor teams and produce outstanding results for our clients
- You are fluent in English and French. Any other language is an asset
