**Role Overview**

As an** Investment Products Analyst**, you’ll join our growing Investments team, reporting to the Head of Satispay’s Investment Products. You'll be a key member of this nascent division within the Satispay Group, and you will participate in wide-ranging tasks related to building and running this business. Besides collaborating with internal stakeholders across the organization, you will serve as a key touchpoint with our bank and asset manager partners.

Your mission:

- ** Relationship building and stakeholder engagement**. Build and maintain relationships with key marketplace participants in Luxembourg and throughout Europe, including fund managers, local paying agents, ManCos.
- ** Research**. Research, analyze and propose new business development opportunities within the investment space
- ** Financial & executive reporting.** Build financial projections and assist in preparation of financial statements, reporting regularly to the Head of Investment Products
- ** Regulatory operations management.** Assist with the daily management of Satispay’s regulated investment firm business, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations, with particular focus on MiFID 2 obligations; liaise with internal and external auditors to prepare tax compliance and regulatory filings

Your ideal profile:

- ** Relevant experience in asset management, capital markets, or corporate finance. **You have a strong background in financial markets and investment management.
- ** Understanding of investment firm operations. **You are familiar with how investment firms function, especially within the retail investment landscape.
- ** Knowledge of EU and Luxembourg legal frameworks. **You understand regulations like MiFID II, AML/KYC, and EBA Guidelines; familiarity with E-Money and PSD2 is a bonus.
- ** Analytical approach to risk and decision-making. **You provide insightful analysis to assess risks and develop effective business solutions.
- ** Stakeholder communication. **You communicate effectively with stakeholders across multiple business units.
- ** Language proficiency. **You are fluent in English, with knowledge of Italian considered a strong advantage.
- ** Passion for Fintech and innovation. **You are excited by Fintech and enjoy working in a dynamic, evolving environment.
