Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (M/F),

The Black Belt is a leader of improvement projects using the Lean Six Sigma - and Project Management methodology, tools and best practices, in support of business and functional objectives. The Black belt collaborates with process owners and a team of functional/business resources to deliver measurable and sustainable financial & non-financial benefits through effective implementation of significant business and functional process improvements.

**Details**:
Lead Manufacturing Excellence and Supply Chain improvement programs and projects using Six Sigma and Project Management methodology supported by a team. Work with Sponsor, Process Owners and teams in various functions, businesses and regions to deliver measurable business benefits, through business process improvements.

The BB is accountable for achieving the project objectives and delivering a sustainable solution that best meets the supply chain needs, on time, within cost, and within scope.

Specific work includes, but is not limited to, gaining alignment on project scope & deliverables, project planning, data collection & analysis, critical X’s identification, team activity planning and coordination, conducting risk analysis, providing tool & methodology expertise, identifying and summarizing resource needs, reporting & requesting approval if project scope/ benefits/resource needs deviate from original plan, and working with finance to provide scenario/benefit analysis for different alternatives, working with process owner & his/her organization to ensure control plan/capability is in place to sustain the gains.

Finally, this role will be key in the implementation of an improved Lean culture on the shop floor. Besides the lead of Kaizen events, specific task will consist in defining production relevant KPI’s and implementing regular follow-up.

**Qualifications**:
Functional competency in Manufacturing Excellence and using Lean tools. Green Belt certification is a must - Black Belt certification is preferred but can also be obtained during the assignment.

Experience in Operations Management would be considered an advantage.

MSc degree in Technical field.

Strong analytical mind and capability to analyze data. Knowledge of Tableau would be considered a strong asset.
