Brown Brothers Harriman is currently recruiting a Junior Solution Architect within our Business Technology Solutions Team.

The Junior Solution Architect will initiate, organize, drive, and complete small projects or segments of large projects that address business goals and needs. You may participate in any or all phases of the project life cycle and is responsible for execution of project tasks in accordance with standards and best practices.

The Junior Solution Architect is results-oriented and understands the impact of the project on the organization as a whole. In addition, you may provide guidance for one or several Business Analysts through coaching, resolving interpersonal conflict, coordinating activity, and assigning work.

Some of your key responsibilities include:
- Idea generation to turn into business cases, which are reviewed for fit and ROI favorability by a designated governance committee. They represent the Business Transformation department in interactions with Service Delivery & IT groups.-
- Designing optimal automation workflows with business teams that leverage BBH's self-service tool sets- Excellent communication skills across many different audiences, from Clients to Engineers to Executives- Excellent client empathy and have great negotiation skills- Openness to different points of view when solving problems- Work across teams to deliver full Product solutions- Experience delivering products and services in Agile, Waterfall, and SDLC frameworks- Flexibility in our fast-paced environment- Creativity and willing to take risks

Desired Qualifications:
- Strong Junior Solution Architect enjoys delivering great Products/Services- Enjoys creative problem solving that transforms legacy business processes- Client advocate and strong background of Financial Services workflows / processes.- Experience and passionate about emerging tech: AI, Robotics, Data Transformation & Visualization- Thrive in a fast-paced environment (think startup)- Strong analytical and organizational skills, and attention to detail- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
