**Location**: Luxembourg

**Your Tasks**:

- Ensure all internal controls and financial policies set by the Group are applied and adhered to
- Work actively with the local accounting team making sure local compliances are fulfilled
- Liaise with external auditors, local tax authorities, and statutory authorities
- Prepare the statutory financial statements
- Ensure the internal and external reporting requirements are met
- Ensure the correct month-end and quarter-end closings for the entities in the region
- Balance sheet reconciliation, P&L review and analysis, and inter-company reconciliation
- Maintain the day-to-day accounting of the holdings in the local accounting system
- Ensure direct and indirect tax compliance within the region
- File the periodic VAT for all entities
- Setup and closure of entities within the region in liaison with the legal and tax departments

**Your Profile**:

- A university background in Finance or Business Administration, with 3+ years of experience in Finance/Control/Accounting
- LUX GAAP knowledge
- Previous accounting experience, including the preparation of statutory accounts
- Advanced skills in Excel, BoB 50 and/or SAP
- Ability to work and succeed in a multi-cultural environment
- Fluent in English and proficient in French. English is the business language of the company. Other languages are an advantage and German would be highly desirable
- Capacity to work independently on own initiative
- Take ownership of issues and deliverables, clear communicator
- Stress resistant, team-player, proactive, results-oriented and desire to develop
