Description du poste

Afin d’accompagner notre forte croissance, nous développons un pôle dédié à la gestion de projets Finance. Nous recherchons ainsi un(e) chef(fe) de projet motivé(e), curieux(se) et capable de s’intégrer rapidement pour accompagner la Senior Project Manager finance dans la gestion de son portefeuille projets.

Ce poste requiert des connaissances solides en outils, méthodologies de gestion de projet et processus financiers, un esprit entrepreneurial et une aisance relationnelle.

Basé(e) au Luxembourg, au siège de la société, et rattaché(e) au Senior Project Manager Finance, vous serez impliqués sur:

- Delivery projet_
- Cadrer et définir le périmètre des projets et leurs objectifs
- Coordonner diverses équipes et parties prenantes
- Mettre en place une gouvernance projet et faciliter les comités de pilotage
- Faciliter la coordination des diverses équipes et des parties prenantes
- S’assurer de la bonne compréhension des projets et de leurs problématiques
- Organiser l’information et la documentation
- Assurer un suivi de la performance des projets
- Monitoring projet_
- Fournir des statuts réguliers pour suivre l’avancement des projets
- Monitorer les livrables et s’assurer du suivi opérationnel
- Monitorer les projets en termes de qualité, coûts et temps, et ce, sur la base de KPIs clairement identifiés
- Identifier les projets à risques et alerter les parties prenantes et le top management
- Méthodologie et facilitation projet_
- S’assurer de la bonne mise en oeuvre de la méthodologie projet
- Compléter de manière exhaustive toute la documentation projet nécessaire
- Coacher les équipes sur les meilleures pratiques de gestion de projet

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en gestion de projet idéalement dans les industries du paiement ou bancaires
- Une très bonne compréhension des processus Finance et Comptabilité
- Une bonne connaissance et maîtrise des méthodologies et outils de gestion de projet
- Une maîtrise des outils du pack MS Office, une connaissance de SalesForce, d’un outil comptable ou d’outils de business intelligence est considéré comme un atout
- Français et Anglais courant (oral et écrit)
- Des déplacements occasionnels à Paris sont à prévoir.
