As our Digital & Web Graphic Designer, you will be a pivotal member of our marketing team. In this dynamic role, you will collaborate with our graphic designer and external production agency to create impactful digital content that aligns with our brand vision, marketing strategies and sales goals.

Your work will focus on crafting visually stunning designs for both web and social media platforms. You will also play a key role in organizing and managing product data, maintaining our online media gallery, and contributing to our overall digital strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design visually engaging digital content for social media and web platforms;
- Create inspiring visuals for digital ad campaigns and storytelling, aligned with RAK Porcelain’s brand;
- Edit photos/videos, retouch, and post-production;
- Design sales landing pages for new collections and user-friendly web layouts to support marketing and sales goals;
- Ensure web designs are aesthetically aligned with RAK Porcelain’s branding and optimized for usability and engagement;
- Maintain and organize content production file archives;
- Manage and streamline product data, including packshots, product codes, and product details, ensuring easy accessibility for cross-departmental use;
- Redesign, maintain and organize our online media gallery, ensuring it is up-to-date and userfriendly;
- Occasionally assist the graphic designer in creating print materials such as brochures, catalogs, or promotional items;
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and digital communication;
- Help the team with administrative tasks.

**Skills / Experience**
- A bachelor’s degree or a master’s degree in graphic design;
- At least 2 years’ experience as a graphic designer;
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator,...);
- Knowledge of Premiere Pro or equivalent is required;
- Knowledge of Figma would be an asset;
- Familiar with digital workflows, including format, compression and delivery of projects via various multimedia formats and channels (YouTube, Instagram, and other streaming media services...);
- Strong ability in copywriting;
- A strong aesthetic & creativity sense;
- Accuracy & attention to details;
- Strong communication & collaboration skills;
- Ability to work independently & manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Excellent team player with a collaborative approach;
- Fluent in French and English, both written and verbal. Any other European language would be an asset;
- No coding required.
