About The Role

We are seeking a talented and driven
UI/UX Designer

to strengthen our creative team in Luxembourg. You will play a key role in designing intuitive and visually compelling digital experiences with a strong focus on
modern interfaces

.

This is a hands-on position for a designer who combines creativity with structure, and who is passionate about delivering user-centered solutions for both our clients and our internal projects.

What You'll Do

• Design and improve web interfaces from concept to final prototype
• Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive mockups in Figma
• Translate client objectives into clear, engaging user experiences
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders
• Contribute to the development of design systems and UI guidelines
• Conduct usability reviews and propose UX optimizations
• Support internal digital initiatives and content projects

Must Have Skills

• French language – absolutely required
• Proven professional experience as a UI/UX Designer
• Strong expertise in Figma, including prototyping features
• Solid understanding of UX principles and interaction design
• Experience designing responsive web interfaces
• Ability to manage projects autonomously
• Portfolio required – we want to see examples of your UI/UX and web design work

Nice-To-have

• Knowledge of accessibility and usability standards
• Experience with collaborative design workshops
• Understanding of front-end constraints
• Additional languages such as German and/or English
• Luxembourgish language is optional but considered a plus
