Expert Accountant

Our client is a **well-established and growing fiduciary**, ideally located **in the heart of Luxembourg City**.
The firm supports a **diverse portfolio of clients** including **SMEs, holdings, commercial companies, and independent professionals**.
To strengthen its team, the company is seeking an **experienced and ambitious Expert Accountant** who is eager to grow within a **human-sized structure**, with the **possibility to evolve into a Partner role in the medium term**.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Manage the **full accounting cycle (A to Z)** for a portfolio of diverse clients
- Prepare **annual accounts, balance sheets, and financial statements**
- Handle **VAT, corporate and personal tax returns**, as well as other fiscal obligations
- Ensure compliance with **legal and regulatory requirements** (general meetings, filings, etc.)
- Advise clients on **accounting, tax, and business matters**
- Supervise or assist junior team members and contribute to the firm’s continuous improvement
**Your profile**:
- Degree in **Accounting, Finance, or Taxation**
- ** 5 years to 10 years of experience** in a fiduciary or accounting firm in Luxembourg
- Strong knowledge of **Luxembourg accounting and taxation standards (Lux GAAP)**
- Keen interest in **tax and legal aspects** of accounting
- Fluent in **French and English** (both spoken and written); **German** is a **strong asset**
- Proficient with **Bob 50** and/or **Sage**
- Organized, autonomous, detail-oriented, and client-focused
- Motivated by **career growth** and the opportunity to take on more strategic responsibilities
