**Summary**:
I am currently recruiting for an international alternative investment administrator based in the south Luxembourg. This organisation, due to growth, is now looking to add an experienced fund accountant to their diverse and friendly team. In this role you will be an integral part of the team, you will be responsible for:
- Overlooking A to Z transactions
- Analyzing legal documents such as sales or purchase agreements.
- Preparing annual accounts according to Lux GAAP, Tax returns, periodic and annual VAT returns and regulatory BCL reports.
- Handling inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Working with a variety of clients providing reports when needed.
- Assisting with other accounting projects.
- Reviewing processes to improve the efficiency.
- Proving guidance to the junior Accountants.
**Key requirements**:
- Relevant Accounting, Audit, or Finance diploma or degree.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a fiduciary.
- Familiarity with Luxembourg GAAP.
- Fluent in English, excellent written and verbal French communication skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Proactive with effective task prioritization and workload management.
