DEEP recherche actuellement un(e) stagiaire au sein de son service Project Management. **Stagiaire - Project management ICT (M/F/n)** **Ton projet de stage**: - Évaluation des activités et processus du service Project Management Deep afin d’optimiser son efficience: - Analyse des processus et des activités en place - Identification des possibilités d'amélioration - Mise en œuvre des améliorations sélectionnées, y compris l'éventuelle intégration de l'intelligence artificielle - Etude de l'optimisation du reporting actuel (par l'utilisation de Power BI si possible) - Documentation des modifications et améliorations effectuées **Tes missions annexes**: - Assister les chefs de projets dans la planification, l'exécution et le suivi des projets - Participer aux réunions de projet et rédiger les comptes rendus - Aider à la préparation des documents de projet (plans de projet, rapports d'avancement) **Ton profil**: - Être étudiant(e) en Master 1 ou 2, spécialisation gestion, administration ou en gestion de projets - Être conventionné(e) par un organisme de formation (école, université) pour un stage de 3 à 6 mois consécutif, idéalement à partir de mi-septembre 2025 - Être autonome tout en appréciant de travailler en équipe - Être reconnu pour ton sens de l’organisation, ta rigueur et ta flexibilité - Être force de proposition et ouvert d'esprit - Maîtriser les outils bureautiques (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook) - Maîtriser parfaitement le français et avoir un niveau avancé en anglais **Intéressé(e) ?** Quoi de mieux qu’un stage pour gagner en expérience et pour découvrir une entreprise innovante ?
