**Senior Consultant in Agile Transformation & Target Operating Model**
**(M/F) (REF**:MFATTOM-01**)**

**Your Tasks**:

- Conduct organisational diagnostics to identify key areas for improvement and transformation.
- Design and implement Target Operating Models (TOM’s) tailored to clients’ needs, considering sectorspecific and cultural factors.
- Lead Agile transformation initiatives, guiding teams through frameworks such as SAFe, Scrum and Kanban.
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to co-create transformation roadmaps and priorities.
- Support teams in adopting new ways of working, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with TOM principles.
- Collaborate closely with senior management to manage transformation risks and ensure successful outcomes.

**Your Profile**:

- Demonstrated 5-7 years of experience in planning and delivering organisational design solutions.
- Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g. Certified ScrumMaster, Certified Agile Coach) are a plus.
- Strong practical knowledge and hands-on experience in organisational design and transformation projects.
- Expertise in Agile frameworks and experience tailoring them to complex transformations.
- Proven ability to design and implement TOMs across diverse industries.
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills to drive change and unite teams around common goals.
- Fluent in French and English, knowledge of additional languages (e.g. German and/or Luxembourgish) would be advantageous.
