We are looking for a **Senior Fund Accountant** (M/F)** on CDI contract.

**About the offer**

Permanent contract

Location : Luxembourg - City Center

Top 3 Key competencies:

- Former exposure to the fund industry
- Minimum of 4 years in a fund accountant role
- Fluent English

**Role & Responsibilites**
- You will manage a portfolio of clients and handle their periodic and year-end financial closings, including preparing financial statements and other required regulatory reports.
- You will be responsible for preparing Corporate Tax returns, VAT returns, and subscription tax filings.
- You will participate in the Net Asset Value (NAV) production process, covering a range of financial and accounting tasks.
- Addressing inquiries from auditors, clients, and tax authorities, as well as resolving internal accounting-related matters, will be part of your role.
- You’ll have the opportunity to work with clients in various industries, including private equity and real estate within the fund sector.
- Reporting on client needs and expectations will be a key part of your duties.
- You will maintain and update the Investor register and the capital table.
- You will be responsible to input payments for your clients.
- Knowledge of CSSF reporting, AIFMD, and BCL reporting will be a plus

**Profile**
- Diploma in Accounting, Audit, or Finance
- 4+ years of professional experience in the Fund industry, including audit firms or similar role
- Experience in NAV calculations and NAV production
- Familiar with Luxembourg GAAP (IFRS is a plus)
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Proactive and initiative-driven
- Organized and methodical approach
- Effective task prioritization and workload management
