Your Responsibilities | Legal - Corporate - Senior Officer - PFS

You administrate the daily corporate dealings of mainly SOPARFIs, Holdings and PE/RE Funds from constitution to dissolution/liquidation, and more.

You draft and review corporate documentation and agreements related to all the proceedings your client portfolio undergoes (financial statements, statements of seat change, articles of association and so on).

You serve as main contact person for clients and bridge the common business operations of all relevant internal and external stakeholders.

You prepare and organize board & shareholder meetings, draft the related documents and may be asked to assist.

You evaluate the output and performance of junior team members with aim to make of them confident and autonomous colleagues.

Profile and Career Path | Legal - Corporate - Senior Officer - PFS

At least 3 years of previous experience in similar roles in a PFS, ManCo., Fiduciary or Big Four in Luxembourg are required.

Advanced English proficiency is non-negotiable, given the international context of the business.

A solid insight of the local fund industry and dexterity on the applicable legislation are key elements.

An outgoing and service oriented personality leads every interaction with clients and you have experience in providing pro-active financial customer service independently.

Depending on your background and qualifications, your salary can reach up to € 72.000 gross annually.
