**Senior Tax Analyst**:

- This role will ideally be based in Luxembourg with ad-hoc travel to the office from time to time.Key outcomes of the role

**Key outcomes of the role**:

- Assist and support the group wide transfer pricing documentation
- Manage the withholding tax compliance with the help of external advisors
- Manage direct tax compliance with the help of external advisors
- Support the group companies in direct tax matters
- Manage DAC 6 reporting
- Manage Country by Country Reporting (CbCR9
- Support the implementation of Pillar 2 and later on manage the reporting obligations
- Support the Group Tax Director and the Group Tax Manager in tax related projects
- Assistance with CentralNic group’ VAT/GST registrations worldwide
- Coordination / oversight over VAT compliance responsibilities of CentralNic group worldwide
- Assistance during CentralNic group’s audit (calculation of group’s VAT/ GST provisions, drafting VAT/GST deliverables)
- Working closely with local finance teams to implement measures leading to VAT/ GST risk mitigation
- Providing VAT training to internal stakeholders (if and when needed)
- Participation in VAT advisory projects
- Assistance in setting up/ monitoring processes to manage the Group VAT compliance affairs
- Assistance with day-to-day and ad hoc VAT queries of internal and external stakeholders (customers)
- Managing relationship with VAT authorities
- Performing regular VAT / GST watch / monitoring in order to anticipate potential issues or opportunities for CNIC group

About you
- Stays calm and relaxed even under pressure to provide good results
- Fluent in English - any other language is an asset
- Solution oriented
- Happy to work remote (for someone located in Luxembourg)
- Happy to work in an office environment with a limited number of people in the office (crossborder commuters)

**Experience and skills that will help you succeed**
- At least 5 years of international corporate tax and indirect tax experience
- Big four experience would be an asset but not required
- General understanding of international tax rules (local tax law-DTT-EU directives)
- Some experiences in transfer pricing documentation and a general understanding of transfer pricing methodologies
- Good understanding of VAT rules and regulations in Europe
- Cycle A and B certificate (Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce)
