Actually, we are looking for a

**Head of Finance (f/m)**:
Full-time: 40 hours/week; permanent contract

**Your tasks**:

- Management of a team of 6 people
- Analysis of the “As-Is-Situation” in the Finance sector, especially in the Medical Invoicing, the dunning process (Accounts receivable) as well as the monthly closing process
- responsible for the timely preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with LUXGAAP
- in charge of the monthly financial-, KPI- and management reporting as well as the group reporting
- responsible for the continuous improvement of accounting processes
- Identification of potentials for optimization, improvement of (interdisciplinary) processes as automation, digitalization and reduction or elimination of manual efforts
- Person of contact for tax consultants and auditors
- participation in projects within the group

**Your profile**:

- University degree in finance, business administration and/or controlling/audit (or similar)
- 10 years’ experience in a position as Head of Finance/Senior Manager Finance/Controlling/Administration or as a Consultant with a focus on those sectors
- Proven Experience in Change Management, especially after implementation of a new ERP-System
- Proven Experience with established ERP-Systems (preferably Microsoft Business Central)
- Experience in an industrial environment would be an asset
- Very good knowledge of German and of French and/or English
