Your Role: Delivering Care & Coordination

With your focus on precision, communication, and operational excellence, you are at the forefront of customer service and satisfaction. What we are looking for:

• Customer-Centric Dispatching:
   You are responsible for the daily dispatching and steering of national and international transport.
• Client Partnership & Trust:
   You act as the primary professional contact for our customers and transport partners, developing long-term relationships based on transparency and trust.
• Active Freight Coordination:
   You handle the sale and organization of partial (LTL) and full (FTL) truckload shipments.
• Partner Management:
   You commission and guide transport sub-contractors, ensuring they meet our high service standards.
• Route & Space Optimization:
   You plan and purchase cargo space based on economic efficiency and route feasibility.
• Documentation Oversight:
   You manage the creation and verification of all necessary freight and transport documents.
