**Duration: 2 month**

**Key responsibilities**
- Filing of legal, minutes, tax and correspondence documents (attention to detail is key)
- Creation of new folders, binders, boxes of documents (legal + minutes + tax + correspondence)
- Updating registry of files borrowed by colleagues: This includes verifying if the files are physically in the Filing Room or not (keeping track of all comings and goings)
- Arranging shelf space for new files (physical)
- Preparing list of inactive/liquidated entities
- Packaging files for archiving in boxes + placing identification labels (physical)
- Relocation of archiving boxes to storage. Requires processing each box individually. (physical)
- Updating all used databases when necessary (excel, adobe, word)
- Clearing out the archive location of files and boxes (physical)
- Ordering office supplies for the Filing Room
- Inventory of office supplies and cleaning out of damaged materials

**Key requirement**

With your excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude, you are looking for a challenging job in an international environment. You possess a high level of attention to detail and are willing to establish close relationship to the business and clients.
- Currently enrolled in university
- Keen to learn
- Strong attention to detail
- Fluent level of English, both verbal and in writing. Other languages are a plus
- You are a team player with good people skills, who can work as well independently
