The Luxembourg Stock Exchange is looking for a:
**Facility Services Management Intern**
6 months internship (F/M)
Tasks/missions
Support the team in the following tasks:
- Supporting the team in different tasks as delegated by the management
- Working proactively with other team members on various FM projects
- Participating in the organization of company events
- Managing the company’s archives by the appropriate procedure
- Participating in the implementation of a project for optimizing building management, its technical installations, and its facilities
- Participating in a project for the digitization of inventory management
Profile
- Bac +3 in Facility Management, Electricity, HVAC, or related field
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills
- Practical written and oral communication skills
- Proactive, determined, and reliable teammate with a high client focus
- An upbeat personality and a high level of enthusiasm
- Excellent French skills and good English skills. Any other language is an asset.
