Our job opportunity_**:
Today, we are currently recruiting **a Junior Airport Auditor EASA.**

**_
Your responsibilities_**
- **_Your daily tasks_**
- Assisting in planning and executing audits of subcontractors and third-party suppliers to ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and safety requirements.
- Participating in internal audits and inspections, supporting the Lead Auditor in audit preparation, execution, reporting, and follow-up.
- Reviewing and assessing subcontractor-provided evidence prior to audits and inspections, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Collecting, organizing, and preparing compliance evidence for audits conducted by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) and other competent authorities.
- Supporting the preparation of corrective action plans and closure evidence for audit findings in cooperation with the Senior Auditor.
- Acting as the point of contact for external third-party suppliers regarding compliance monitoring matters.
- Maintaining and updating the Aerodrome Manual and Compliance Manual to ensure they remain current, accurate, and aligned with regulations.
- Verifying and reviewing documents submitted by internal departments as part of the internal document approval process to ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements
- Providing day-to-day assistance to the Compliance Manager in compliance monitoring activities, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participating in the integration of new employees
- Participating in waste sorting and energy saving by behaving responsibly

The required profile_**
- Studies / training_

Higher education diploma (equivalent to a Baccalauréat degree) in a field related to aviation,
or professional experience in aviation compliance,
or experience in other operational areas of the aviation industry- Experience_

1 year of experience in compliance monitoring or auditing- Skills and knowledge required_

- Mandatory:_

Microsoft Office suite
- **_Languages_**

Mandatory:

- English - Level C1(mandatory)
- French - Level B2 (mandatory)

Any additional language such as German or Luxembourgish will be considered an asset.

- Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
