**Beschrijving**
- Zorgen voor de correcte uitvoering van de aan de functie opgedragen taken, overeenkomstig

de geldende procedures en beleidslijnen.
- Controleren of de handelsinstructies (verkoop, aankoop) (Web/Swift) van de Investment

Managers, Lending Agent en Cliënten correct worden verwerkt en binnen de

termijnen.
- Herstellen en opvolgen van onjuiste/onvolledige instructies met Cliënten om te zorgen voor

tijdige uitvoering.
- Eventuele mismatches met de betrokken tegenpartij oplossen.
- Contact onderhouden met en behandelen van vragen van bewaarnemers en cliënten.
- Handmatig invoeren van per fax ontvangen handelstransacties.
- Analyse en follow-up van afwikkelingsproblemen vóór en na afwikkeling.
- Uitvoeren van taken met betrekking tot de securities lending activiteit
- Zorgen voor tijdige dienstverlening aan cliënten in overeenstemming met de overeengekomen termijnen
- Het hoogst mogelijke niveau van klantenservice handhaven
- Diverse taken tijdig en kwalitatief uitvoeren
- Blijk geven van gezond verstand en gezond oordeel met betrekking tot risicobewustzijn
- Het afdelingshoofd informeren over alle risico's op fouten en daadwerkelijke fouten zodra deze worden ontdekt

en de gevolgen ervan evalueren.
**Profile**
- Bachelor in boekhouding, bankwezen of economie, of gelijkwaardige ervaring
- Ervaring met bewaarneming
- Sterke kennis van financiële instrumenten
- Kennis van de CSDR-discipline is een voordeel
- Uitstekende algemene kennis van het bankwezen
- Vloeiend in het Engels. Frans is een voordeel, maar niet verplicht.
- Microsoft Office / SWIFT
- In staat om met cijfers en feiten om te gaan
