- Réparer et assurer le suivi des instructions incorrectes/incomplètes auprès des clients afin de garantir une exécution en temps voulu.

- Assurer la liaison avec les dépositaires et les clients et répondre à leurs questions.
- Saisir manuellement les transactions commerciales reçues par fax.
- Analyse et suivi des problèmes de règlement avant et après le règlement.
- Réaliser les tâches liées à l'activité de prêt de titres.
- Assurer la rapidité du service aux clients conformément aux délais convenus.
- Maintenir le plus haut niveau possible de service à la clientèle
- Accomplir diverses tâches de manière opportune et qualitative
- Faire preuve de bon sens et d'un jugement sûr en matière de sensibilisation aux risques
- Informer le chef de section de tous les risques d'erreur et des erreurs réelles dès qu'ils sont détectés.

**Profile**
- Bachelor en comptabilité, banque ou économie, ou expérience équivalente
- Expérience dans le domaine de la conservation
- Bonne connaissance des instruments financiers
- La connaissance de la discipline CSDR serait considérée comme un avantage
- Excellentes connaissances bancaires générales
- Maîtrise de l'anglais. Le français serait un avantage mais n'est pas obligatoire.
- Microsoft Office / SWIFT
- Capable de traiter des chiffres et des faits
- Perfectionniste
