**Responsibilities**:
Environment:
Located in the heart of the Trading Room of Société Générale Luxembourg, the team you will join has the mission of supporting the development of the product and service offering of the Market Solutions department (MKS), within the Trading Room of Société Générale Luxembourg. SG Luxembourg while ensuring regulatory compliance and risk management. In a trading room environment requiring compliance with all processes, you will be in constant contact with the various execution desks of the trading room and in regular contact with the Compliance, legal, middle-office and IT departments. Your job will consist of guaranteeing the quality of data for proper Front to Back processing via the correct accounting of market transactions processed by Société Générale Luxembourg clients.

Main mission:
After negotiation of market operations, the VIE Hub Unit responsible for trading support and monitoring of market operations ensures the proper integration of transactions into the information system: entry and/or enrichment, rebooking, control, validation.

Under the functional responsibility of the Trading Desk Manager and hierarchical responsibility of the Hub Unit team manager, he ensures the interface between the front office (FO) and all the bank's support functions (operational, risks, compliance, legal) in order to facilitate the processing of requests for information and resolution of problems.
- Operational support to the Front d‘Execution Trading desk: Management of Post Trade requests / complaints from the OPER service (for the execution trading desk), external clients and PRIV entities of the Société Générale group
- Enriches and/or enters operations in the IS, under delegation from the FO, within the stipulated deadlines (in accordance with existing rules)
- Ensures the configuration in the IS for proper management of transactions (new market code, new broker, etc.)
- Checks the consistency and quality of the information entered
- Identifies, analyzes, and ensures the correction of data integration problems between systems
- Performs the checks defined on its process, resolves detected anomalies, and declares them if necessary
- Analyzes and ensures the correction of differences in the characteristics of operations or positions between systems
- Identifies and/or uses alerts on events in the life cycle of the product or deal (OST, maturity, etc.)
- Alerts the FO of position anomalies and ensures the implementation of the necessary corrective actions
- Provides operational support to the trading desk regarding all onboarding requests from new clients, brokers, counterparties, funds
- Brings knowledge to local process optimization studies and projects
- Implementation of daily, weekly, monthly activity reporting:

- Participation in the design and production of all reporting, monitoring of KPIs, invoicing, analysis of variations
- As part of the services of the EXE teams, preparation of the quarterly presentation of the activity and its development
- Monitoring and updating procedures related to the activity of the support trading desk
- Participation in the development of broker/client monitoring committees
- Contribution to processing requests for best execution reports
- Management of the catalog of IT needs/development

**Profile required**:
Studies & experience:

- Graduate with a Master’s degree from Business/Engineering School or University with a specialization in Management or Market Finance
- A previous experience in Banking, in the trading room, or in asset management would be appreciated

Language skills:

- Fluent in English (B2-C1)

Technical, operational & Soft skills:

- Proficient/Good command of MS Office
- Good communication and presentation skills
- You have solid knowledge of market finance and transaction processing processes
- You are rigorous, curious, voluntary and you have the ability to work in a highly challenging environment which requires a high level of reactivity
- You master the Microsoft office suite, the PowerBI tool and you have programming knowledge (VBA, Python)
