Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités, **nous recherchons un Custody Officer pour renforcer nos équipes à Luxembourg.** Les tâches et responsabilités seront entre autres: - Contrôler et valider les transactions négociées par la salle des marchés, y compris les actions, les obligations et les fonds (primaires, secondaires, OTC). - Assurer la gestion quotidienne des instructions de transfert entrantes/sortantes, principalement sur les actions, les obligations et les fonds, en collaborant avec les contreparties et les dépositaires, tout en garantissant un haut niveau de service et des délais de traitement optimaux pour les clients internes et externes de la banque. - Effectuer les processus de règlement associés aux différentes transactions avec contrepartie/sans paiement, en veillant à ce que les liquidations soient effectuées à la date de valeur appropriée. - Veiller au respect des règles fiscales, juridiques, comptables, éthiques, de risques et de transactions établies par la banque. - Identifier et gérer les risques opérationnels, ainsi que les incidents éventuels, en collaboration avec la direction et les départements concernés. - Traiter les réclamations des clients et fournir une assistance et un soutien de haute qualité pour résoudre les problèmes liés aux transactions de conservation.
