On behalf of our client, a successful financial services provider, we are looking for a “Senior Accountant (M/F/d)”.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Review tax balances and tax returns
- Maintain relevant contacts with tax
- Coordinate investor servicing, including capital calls, investor onboarding, distributions, issuance of shareholder statements
- Liaise with lawyers, independent tax specialists and notaries as part of setting up funds
- Prepare year-end financial statements, Net Asset Value calculation
- Review other fund related reports and coordinate the audits
- Collaborate in the preparation of periodic reports and regulatory reports for the fund´s entities and handle the fund´s accounts
- Follow up with third parties including investors and fund managers
- Be part of the day-to-day operations of the funds
- Organise and participate in shareholders’ meetings and board meetings
**Your profile**:
- Bachelor´s or Master´s degree in Economics, Finance and Accounting
- 3-5 years of experience in the fund administration, AIFM, audit firms or domiciliation
- Fluency in English, German or French will be considered as an advantage
