The Cloud Technology & Architecture Consultant participates in the delivery of multi-technology consulting services to clients by providing strategies and solutions on all aspects of Cloud Technologies and related components. This position collaborates with other stakeholders on the development of the transformational approach for key clients. Their objective is to work on strategic projects that ensure the optimal deployment of cloud solutions within clients' environment.

Primarily responsible for the development of business process related solutions for clients. Viewed by customers as a consultant. Defines client needs, determines a strategy and develops a plan/proposal for delivery. Drive adoption of standards services. Performance is typically evaluated based on the capture of the business opportunity and/or utilization (i.e., billable hours).

**What you will do**:

- Work in partnership with internal stakeholders on the development of the architectural approach for one or more layer of a solution.
- Participate in the investigation, planning, coordination, and preparation of feasibility studies relative to transformational projects.
- Work on strategies and solutions that define meta-architectural designs for solutions, addressing the styles, mechanisms and principles that combine to formulate the architectural vision for a specific environment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on the development of new services to take to market, information on relevant vertical markets and keep up to date on developments in specific technology domains
- Participate in the pre-sales process.
- Collaborate with sales on selling solutions and services.
- Engage with clients.
- Participate in the delivery of business development processes including opportunity identification, presales, scoping, deal closing and driving delivery.
- Design principle methodologies to perform a detailed analysis of the client requirements.
- Present clients with solutions and convince and persuade internal and external stakeholders of the right course of action.

- Excellent understanding of Azure, AWS and GCP solutions with strategic thinking ability.

- Ability to focus on detail with an understanding of how it impacts the business strategically

- Ability to establish and manage processes and practices through collaboration and the understanding of business
- Able to contribute to the improvement of internal effectiveness by contributing to the improvement of current methodologies, processes and tools

**Academic Qualifications and Certifications**:

- Degree in relevant field
- Public cloud certification (Azure, AWS, GCP) could be an asset

**Required Experience**:

- Demonstrable experience in a similar role within a large scale (preferably multi
- national) technology services environment
- Cloud design experiences
- Demonstrable level of expertise coupled with consulting and client engagement experience, demonstrating good experience in client needs assessment and change management
