**Your area of work**:
In your new role, you will participate to support the end to end KYC process with Clearstream's clients. You will be directly responsible for helping Middle Officers facilitating KYC cases for a group of clients from the public and client document collection, and verification, and working with Relationship Managers and Compliance teams to ensure your cases get completed in a timely manner.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Support Middle Officers pull public sources for client's statutory and KYC/AML documentation
- Help coordinate contact with client's directly to collect all non public information
- Liaise with internal teams, from front line RMs to Compliance to facilitate your KYC cases get completed.
**Your profile**:
- You are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's Degree programme with a recognized institution and can provide an internship agreement, OR have graduated with a Bachelor's degree or similar for no more than 6 month
- Strong organizational and solution orientation skillset and multi-tasking ability
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for your work
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team in a diverse and international environment
- Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Experience with SAP systems (ERP, CRM, S4, Fiori), account maintenance and archiving tools is an advantage
