For our Funds Business Unit (in collaboration with our registered AIFM, Paddock Fund Solutions) we are looking to welcome the expertise of new joiner(s) of varying levels of competence to maintain the high level of service provided to our clients.
Our aim is to provide the expertise and technical capabilities required to satisfy the most demanding clients and to be recognized as the most responsive business partner on the market.
To enhance our team, we are currently looking to recruit a:
**Junior Fund Officer**
**Responsibilities**:
- You will be a key client contact person, responsible for liaising not only with clients, but also with investors, advisors, banks, notaries, Luxembourg authorities, etc. as well as internal departments within our group.
- Day-to-day coordination and management of unregulated Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs), Alternative Investment Fund Managers (AIFMs) and throughout the lifecycle of a fund from incorporation to liquidation.
- Assisting with client meetings, taking notes and drafting related minutes / resolutions.
- Assisting in drafting documentation such as limited partnership agreements, subscription agreements, capital call notices, distribution notices, capital account statements and so forth.
- Onboarding of investors and investments and ensuring adherence with KYC / AML obligations and internal policies, ongoing monitoring and ad hoc reporting.
- Creation and maintenance of partnership and share registers.
- Ensuring compliance of AIFs and AIFMs with legal, tax and CSSF reporting obligations.
**Responsibilities**:
- A university degree in law, economics or similar is highly appreciated.
- 0-2 years of experience dealing with AIFs, AIFMs, as well as other non-regulated fund structures.
- Any experience in the field of transfer agency / onboarding will be considered as an asset.
- Basic knowledge of Luxembourg company law will be considered as an asset.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English. French or German will be considered as an asset.
- Good knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word,), any other knowledge of fund reporting tools will be considered as an asset.
- Good internal and external communication skills.
