The Driver & Customer Care team is currently looking for a Driver Advisor:
Your mission:
- Day to day handling of drivers request (by phone and mail) in accordance with our procedures.
- Resolution and follow-up of customer issues (in relation with other departments if needed)
- Proactive calls to drivers to propose our services
Your profile:
- Being customer satisfaction oriented is the most important aspect
- You are a team player with a positive attitude
- Languages mandatory French and German. English and/ or Luxemburgish are an asset
- Experience in a customer service would be an asset
