We are seeking a highly motivated Legal Advisor to join a global leader in the development and manufacture of their products.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Review, drafting and re-drafting standard sales agreements (in English and German).

Work closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders, carefully obtaining the requirements needed for each contract.

Drive workflow through all contract review/approval stages.

Monitor contract terms and deliverables.

Serve as a key point of contact for any questions/needs regarding assigned contracts.

Be the preferred interface to ensure stakeholders comply with corporate code of conduct, anti-bribery and anti-corruption rules and other related policies.

PROFILE

Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent through relevant experience.

2-3 years’ experience in similar role.

Be fluent in German and English is required, other European Language is a plus (French, Italian or Dutch).

Good communication skills

Ability to manage deadliness.and stress-resistant

Team spirit and people oriented with ability to act in a matrix organization.
