Delivery & Customer Success Internship

**The POSITION | About YOU**: We are looking for a hands-on Delivery/Project management intern to assist the team in the coordination, reporting and quality assurance for our bank compliance, payments, and other digitisation/API products and projects. Working closely with Product Management, Business Development, Legal and Compliance teams, you will get a full view of Finologee’s products and processes.

With us you will
Draft, maintain and optimize documentation and reports for relevant stakeholders and departments.
Draft and optimize documentation for our compliance and payments products.
Perform user acceptance testing for our compliance and payments products.
Draft and update monthly reports for selected clients.
Participate in the coordination the communication between the Delivery Engineers and the client’s technical team to make sure that the product is delivered in a timely manner.
Assist clients with onboarding onto our platforms.
What we expect from you
You hold or are in the process of obtaining a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering/science or finance.
Right balance between relevant knowledge, experience, and motivation.
You have great communication skills to be able to interact with experts in the banking sector.
Having a good command of any of the following tools would be an asset: Jira, Confluence and Excel.
Recording and editing skills are considered a plus.
Knowledge of KYC/AML procedures and tools is a strong asset.
**Languages**: Fluent in English with solid writing skills, knowledge of French is considered a plus.
Desire to work in a fast-paced innovation-driven company, working with the company’s founders, with a genuine accountability for tasks and projects.
