**Commercial and technical specialist - Water treatment division **_ **H/F**_

**NCR Biochemical Group** is a leading company in the field of water treatments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Proactively call potential customers and build relationships;
- Prospection, networking;
- Research the market to find interesting prospects. Cooperate with your team to research accounts, identify decision-makers;
- Acquisition of new customers and new projects;
- Manage the customers independently, while supported by other team members and departments;
- Ensure existing business through service and support;
- Manage chemical inventories, including ordering products, changing chemical totes, and end of the month chemical consumption reporting;
- Manage profitability of the account (pump settings, pricing, accounts receivable);
- Maintain and build business relationships.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent proficiency in French or Flemish;
- Intermediate proficiency in English;
- Bachelor degree, preferably in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering; or relevant years of experience in lieu of a degree;
- Experience in a chemical/sales client focused position, preferably in the Water Treatment Industry;
- Strong customer relationship-building experience required;
- Strong customer focus and orientation;
- Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills;
- Strong work ethic, self-motivated, independent worker;
- Eager to learn and improve;
- Computer skills of Word, Excel and Powerpoint etc;
- Willing to travel to numerous customer sites.
