Operations Manager in Sustainable E-commerce

We are a **digital-first sustainable gardening brand** selling organic and sustainable fertilizers and soils to garden owners and homeowners in Europe.

We have made it our mission to declare plants a haven of peace in the home and to develop gardens into a retreat while working from home.

In doing so, we will support the growing self-sufficiency trend with effective and environmentally conscious products.

We are looking for afull-time **Operations Manager **as of right now. Ideally, you speak fluent English, French and have solid German proficiency. You will support the founding team in building and developing our online stores and get detailed insights into the whole process of building a fast-growing, sustainable consumer brand.

**Tasks**
- Store Management (Amazon, Shopify)
- B2C order management and Customer Service
- Monitor, support and drive projects forward
- Independent implementation of sub-projects
- Support with social media communication
- Responsible for the findability and attractiveness of our products and stores
- General administrative tasks

**Qualifications**
- You have just finished your studies in marketing, business administration, economics, psychology, business informatics, communication sciences, or a comparable course of study with above-average success.
- You are able to work in a very structured way, independently as well as in a team.
- As a true organizational talent, you work exceptionally reliable, efficient, and error-free.
- Preferably, you have initial experience in the areas of digital marketing
- You bring a hands-on mentality and want to take responsibility.
- You enjoy numbers and data processing tools such as Excel & Google Sheets and are characterized by a logical thinking ability and the quick recognition of correlations.
- You have **excellent German and very good English** skills.
